Job Description

Position Description:
This position will be responsible for providing operational and organizational support to the Trust Department.  this position is located in Denver, Colorado.  Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Manage electronic imaging system

•Organize and scan documents into electronic imaging system

•Set up all new accounts in electronic imaging system

•Organize, file and track original client documents

•Update values on unique assets

•Distribute daily morning reports

•Process daily check disbursements and incoming check deposits

•Distribute mail

•Order office supplies

•ITM Twentyfirst liaison for insurance policy ratings

•Vendor invoice input into accounts payable system

•Perform miscellaneous account and job related duties, as assigned

Position Requirements:
•Prior administrative experience in a corporate office environment

•Electronic document management system experience strongly preferred

•Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•Ability to prioritize critical activities and assignments

•Working knowledge of computers and Excel spreadsheets

•Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
