Job Description

Seeking a Commercial Lending Bank/Office Assistant with strong background in Commercial Lending Experience for IMMEDIATE HIRE in Fort Myers. This position is part time 3 days per week

approximately 25 hours with a well-respected small-business in FORT MYERS.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

Converting paper files/documents into scanned electronic files, copy, scan, email, fax, data entry, filing and proofreading   

Must possess strong computer/clerical skills

Must have knowledge in banking, loan operations, and knowing the ins and outs of commercial lending, as well as processing loan and insurance documents 

Candidates should possess a pleasant disposition and handle customer service relationships with ease as well as addressing all work with a detail-oriented mind set

As there will be a variety of different tasks required, applicants must be able to multi-task and have strong time-management skills

Must be able to keep track of all details while working on a projects

Pay and job schedule will be discussed during interview.
