Job Description
The Senior Branch Manager, Infusion Services has ultimate oversight and accountability for all operational functioning of (2) Coram Infusion Branches in the Phoenix market. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction in a complex clinical environment while meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements and company standards.

The Senior Branch Manager sets the culture and direction for the branch by clearly defining objectives and setting and refining process to ensure that the branch contributes to the short and long term goals of Coram. The Senior Branch Manager is responsible for managing, either directly or via department managers, operations of the Pharmacy, Nursing, and Inventory/Warehouse functions of the branch. You will be responsible for containing costs and ensuring an efficient operation of the branch.

- Successfully and consistently executes short-term business plans.
- Supports growth and contributes to the bottom line by demonstrating effective cost containment, high levels of customer service and high quality results.
- Oversees purchasing, inventory and patient care operations to ensure quality patient care while maintaining a balance with cost-effectiveness, stock availability, and low holding costs.
- Manages work flow processes to ensure fluidity of operational effectiveness.
- Maintains communication between branch departments by facilitating daily, weekly, and monthly meetings regarding operations and productivity.
- Optimizes resource allocation to achieve maximum productivity of workforce while meeting business needs.
- Ensures compliance with standard company policies and procedures as well as with state and federal regulations and standards of accrediting body.
- Monitors branch performance through routine surveys, audits, and site visits.
- Conducts spot quality checks and audits to ensure branch is functioning according to the highest level of compliance and regulatory standards
- Hires, coaches, evaluates performance and develops subordinate staff.
- Ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.
- Makes certain all colleagues receive appropriate training and resources to perform their job functions
- Guides teams through difficult patient situations and troubleshoot complex patient and payment issues
- Works well with cross functional teams.
- Responds to changing needs of the business and aligns resources to meet evolving expectations.
- Utilizes enterprise resources to achieve quality and efficiency results.
- Uses metrics to measure and drive success. Redirects team as necessary to achieve metric goals.
- Defines and communicates expectations for all leaders and corresponding teams. Holds colleagues accountable to expectations.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience preferrably in a high volume operations environment.
- Minimum of three years of management experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving, detail orientation, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft business software and ability to adapt to new systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-site management experience.
- Extensive change management experience.
- IT implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or school.
- Healthcare experience, i.e. Infusion, Pharmacy, etc

Education
High School Diploma Required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or school or equivalent years of experience in combination with education.
