Job Description


Responsible for monitoring cash levels, forecasting cash loads, and submitting cash schedules to cash vendor. Upkeep of cash monitoring system including: updating cash-points daily, providing weekly forecasting totals to Accounting, and monthly maintenance.


  • Correctly complete cash replenishment schedules and deliver to Accounting and cash vendor.  Monitor cash levels on ATMs to ensure adequate cash, placing emergency cash orders when necessary. Maintaining and updating the cash forecasting system with all necessary information.
  • Compile information and prepare statistical reports when requested.
  • Monitor Cash-In-Transit (CIT) and maintenance vendors of CU Anytime to ensure service is being performed as per respective contracts dictate; escalating to supervisor as necessary.
  • Compile information and prepare statistical reports when requested.
  • Work with Managed Services for (ITMs, IBs, Shared Branching Kiosk) special device support.
  • Coordinating and facilitating ATM installations, upgrades, and other ATM related projects as related to support functions.

 Back Up:

  • Monitor communication services utilized at each ATM to ensure best possible uptime, scheduling service calls with the maintenance vendor when appropriate.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on calls and issues escalating as necessary.
  • Ensure inventories of all ATM supplies are adequate, performing inventory audits as required and providing reports of such to Accounting Department.  
  • Work with supervisor to ensure that our credit unions always receive the best service and support as possible.
  • Monitor CU Anytime ATMs for activity, including scheduling service calls when appropriate to obtain best possible uptime of the ATM fleet.
  • Provide excellent customer support to CU Anytime credit unions.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skill / Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years customer experience required. One year of accounting or cash balancing experience. Experience in ATM hardware a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel and Project. Must also have proven customer service skills including the ability to communicate effectively and to administer daily functions in a constantly changing multi-task environment; excellent initiative, problem-solving, organization and human relation skills. 

Must be able to pass background and credit check.  Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license and no outstanding citations on driving record.
