We are seeking a Home Loans Collector in the Home Loans Department.

The purpose of the Home Loans Collector is to resolve delinquency on home loans while maintaining the goodwill of the credit union. The Home Loans Collector will be responsible for making phone calls to members assigned to their queue that are delinquent, assist members in finding ways to resolve their delinquency and to review delinquent loans and making recommendation for charge off and foreclosure activity.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm Friday, 9-6 Saturday, 8:30-5

Standard background checks performed on final candidates include NCUA Administrative and Prohibited Orders, CHEX systems, past employment verifications, criminal history check on convictions and outstanding arrest warrants within the past seven years.
