 We are seeking a Enterprise Learning & Development Manager in the Human Investment Group division.

Values-driven, member-owned financial cooperative seeks experienced learning & development leader to design and deliver learning & development solutions that support our mission to improve the financial health of our members.

Your job is to continuously improve our enterprise learning & development operation, building proactive and strategic partnerships with business units to assess and deliver learning just-in-time to meet evolving learning requirements.  You will develop and ensure standardization, scalability, and simplification by re-engineering the key components required for the success of any endeavor: PEOPLE, PROCESS & TECHNOLOGY.

You’re deeply committed to leading and developing a team of learning & development professionals, continuously modeling our leadership principles, credit union values, standards and high quality craftsmanship both in how you manage and the work you produce.  You’re a strong operational manager, skilled at delegating 6-12 month work so that you can work on a longer 1-2 year planning horizon.

You’ll continuously innovate a portfolio of enterprise learning & development initiatives, developing coherent curricula and learning pathways to support talent development and succession.  You’ll build and nurture a diverse network of external & internal relationships, especially with vendor-partners for scalable program delivery in all locations


  • A curious, agile learner, ready for the next professional and personal challenge, with a bachelor’s degree under your belt.
  • Wired to lead people, with managerial experience, committed to coaching & developing staff.
  • Can see a process from the customer’s point of view, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Manage change collaboratively, with maximum appropriate involvement of stakeholders.
  • Bring operational experience in curriculum development, learning management & delivery methods.
  • Confidently use quantitative skills (math/statistics) & tools (advanced Excel) to measure results.
  • Tech-agile, with an intermediate understanding of data analysis, database structure, reporting, and digital learning delivery channels.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
