We are seeking a Compliance Officer for the Indirect Lending Support - Compliance Department.

This role is accountable for leading the execution of functions within the annual Indirect Compliance Advisory and Monitoring Program for the Indirect Lending Channel (Auto, Manufactured Housing, and Indirect Merchant Financing). The Indirect Advisory and Monitoring Program is comprised of: 1) Indirect Lending Channel risk based compliance assessment (monitoring); 2) Regulatory and compliance advisory services, 3) Indirect Channel member complaints, regulatory reporting & dashboards, 4) Corporate liaison for external and internal examinations/audits. The role serves as the business partner resource by providing a business unit level interpretation of laws regulations, corporate & divisional policies and compliance risks. The role assists the Compliance Services Manager in assessing the Indirect Lending Channel’s ability to meet and maintain compliance with regulatory, statutory and legal requirements. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.



Experience in compliance monitoring, testing, due diligence, and/or auditing programs for a financial institution.

Deep knowledge of compliance risks and issues for a financial institution in lending regulations.

2 years: Experience in a compliance department or general compliance experience in financial services industry.

2 years: Experience in compliance research and advisory writing.


NCCO Certification or equivalent

Background in policy and procedures writing, process mapping and identifying root causes and remedies.

Experience of interacting with auditors and regulators.
